What you need to do.
Before your car is collected it is best to have your V5 document or Logbook to hand so we can stamp it with our details, date it and notify the DVLA, which ends your responsibility for the vehicle.
If you do not have your logboook we can take it away for recycling and notify the DVLA that you are no longer the registered keeper and that the vehicle has been recycled so you avoid any unnecessary costs.
